GENERAL RETURN POLICY

This shop is not a large corporate run, stocked warehouse with multiple employees.  This is a one woman show and every item is made just for you like an Etsy shop. That being said, returns are generally NOT ACCEPTED.

I have made sure that size charts and a printable tape measure are available on every clothing listing to make sure that you can confidently verify your correct size in that specific garment.  I recommend that you measure your favorite shirt if you don't feel like suffering the indignity of having to measure yourself. :-) It's easier anyway.

DEFECT, DAMAGE & WRONG ITEM EXCEPTION
However, if there is a defect in the item construction or print, it is damaged in transit or I royally messed up and sent you the wrong item on accident, you are eligible for a replacement that may or may not require a return.


To begin the process, please contact us with the issue and images of your product issues via the customer support phone number you received in your email order confirmation. We will provide the next steps from there.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A return label will be provided if approved and necessary.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at the customer support number provided in your order confirmation.
