WHAT IS A UV PRINTED DECAL?! This is a new technology where the design is resin printed on to a backing paper, uv cured and laminated with a carrier sheet and is applied like a vinyl decal. Each piece is raised, tactile and glossy and looks painted on whatever you put it on. They are permanent and can be used indoor or outdoor. Printed in DFW and shipped from my studio. Can be removed with a razor blade.
